TERMS OF SERVICEEffective Date: January 1, 2026 Zaninci Catering provides food service and event catering within Los Angeles, California. Services are provided only after written agreement approval. Quotes and proposals are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Payment Terms Payment terms are specified in each invoice. A deposit may be required to secure booking. Client Responsibilities The client must provide accurate event details including location, guest count, and venue access. Liability Zaninci Catering is not responsible for venue restrictions, third-party vendor delays, or force majeure events. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY A deposit may be required to secure event dates. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date may qualify for partial deposit refund, minus administrative costs. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable. Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
